From the Clerk: Ballot proofing has begun for the November General Election. If you are planning to vote absentee please request your applications a.s.a.p if you have not done so already. Clerks office is open Monday - Thursday 9:30 - 12:30 and all others by appointment. You may call the office at 517-675-4342, email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or mail to: Woodhull Township Clerk P.O. Box 166 Shaftsburg, MI 48882. We already have over 200 applicants so please be patient as we process the ballots when they arrive to our office. We will work as quickly as possible to get the ballots out in a timely fashion.
You have until October 9th, 2018 to register to vote in the General election. The Clerk's office will be open 9-4 that day to accommodate new voters and absentee ballot request. Thank you Clerk Curtis

WOODHULL TOWNSHIP CLERK RESIGNS
Ms. Carol Maize, Clerk at Woodhull Township for 22 years resigned at the May 2, 2018 regular Board Meeting.
Through the years Carol has been indispensable to the residents of the Township. Her dedication and diligence has been most evident in the ease of elections, oversight of budgeting and account processes and legal custodian of all township records. Carol and her husband have extensive travel plans. The Township Board and residents wish them good health and safe travels.
NEW WOODHULL TOWNSHIP CLERK
Ms. Elaine Curtis was appointed and sworn in as the new Woodhull Township Clerk by the Township Board at the May 2, 2018. Ms. Curtis has served the Township residents the past 18 months as the Deputy Clerk. She has had the extensive on the job training as well as county and state sanctioned training for the position. The Township Board is pleased that she has chosen to accept the position.
NEW WOODHULL TOWNSHIP DEPUTY CLERK
Clerk Curtis would like to welcome her new Deputy Clerk; Stacey Brewer, to the Clerk's Office. Stacey was appointed on June 12th, 2018.
